You may use this website only for lawful purposes. 3. Product Information and Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to present accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, compatibility details, pricing, and availability. However, manufacturers may revise specifications, packaging, designs, or part numbers without notice.

• Product images may be representative and may not show the exact item shipped.
• Part numbers may be replaced or superseded by a manufacturer.
• Customers are responsible for verifying fitment and compatibility before ordering.
• Engine serial numbers, arrangement numbers, and other identifying information may be required to confirm the correct part.

4. Pricing and Availability

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Inventory and availability are not guaranteed until an order is reviewed and accepted. We may correct pricing, description, inventory, or technical errors at any time.

If an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information, we may cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid for that item.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted only after payment authorization, inventory confirmation, fraud review, and approval for fulfillment. Hall Engine Company may refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory shortages, pricing errors, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or product availability issues.

6. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through Clover or another authorized payment provider. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Hall Engine Company does not intentionally store complete payment card information on its web servers.

7. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax will be calculated and collected where required by law. Customers may be responsible for use tax or other taxes not collected during checkout.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping charges and available service levels are calculated during checkout through UPS or another designated carrier. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.
• Additional fees caused by incorrect addresses, refused delivery, redelivery, or carrier adjustments may be charged to the customer.
• Risk of delay caused by weather, carrier operations, natural events, or circumstances outside our control is not assumed by Hall Engine Company.
• Oversized, hazardous, international, or special-order items may require separate shipping arrangements.

9. Inspection and Shipping Damage

Inspect packages promptly upon delivery. Visible damage should be documented with the carrier before acceptance whenever possible. Retain the packaging, shipping label, and damaged item while a claim is being reviewed. Report missing, damaged, or incorrect items to Hall Engine Company promptly.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns are governed by the Hall Engine Company Return Policy. Unless otherwise stated, eligible return requests must be made within 10 days after the customer receives the product. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original condition and packaging.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the return results from an error by Hall Engine Company. Restocking fees may apply where disclosed or reasonably necessary.

11. Special Orders and Non-Returnable Items

Special-order products are sourced specifically for the customer and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable after processing unless required by law or otherwise agreed to in writing.

Other non-returnable items may include electrical or electronic components, opened kits, installed products, custom items, clearance items, fluids, seals, gaskets, and products designated as final sale.

12. Warranties

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's terms, procedures, exclusions, and approval. Hall Engine Company does not extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, products and website content are provided without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Installation and Technical Advice

Marine engine parts should be installed by qualified personnel using the correct tools, procedures, specifications, and safety practices. Technical information or assistance provided by Hall Engine Company is offered as general guidance and does not replace manufacturer documentation, professional inspection, or qualified installation.

Hall Engine Company is not responsible for damage, injury, failure, or expense caused by incorrect installation, misuse, improper maintenance, incompatible parts, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow manufacturer procedures.

14. Electronic Diagnostic Services

Electronic diagnostic services are based on available fault codes, electronic data, observed conditions, customer-provided information, and testing performed at the time of service. Diagnostic results do not guarantee identification of every mechanical, electrical, intermittent, or future issue. Additional testing, disassembly, repair, or manufacturer support may be required.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hall Engine Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of use, vessel downtime, towing, dockage, haul-out, travel, labor, removal, reinstallation, business interruption, or substitute equipment costs.

Where liability cannot be excluded, Hall Engine Company's total liability related to a product, order, or service will not exceed the amount paid to Hall Engine Company for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

16. Intellectual Property
